TrueTex Finishing offers a 2-year limited craftsmanship warranty on all residential interior and exterior painting services. Craftsmanship is defined as defects in workmanship such as peeling, blistering, or cracking due to improper surface preparation or application, provided the surfaces were properly maintained. This warranty does not cover: (1) Paint or product failure due to manufacturer defects, (2) Damage from moisture, (3) mildew or structural issues, (4) Natural wear-and-tear, (5) Customer alterations or negligence, (5) Improper maintenance or cleaning. If a craftsmanship issue arises during the warranty period, please contact us with photos and a description of the concern. We’ll inspect and, if the issue is covered, schedule a repair at no cost.
